VISUAL BASIC 6.0 PORTABLE is, as the name implies, a portable version of Visual Basic 6. It comes complete with package deployment wizard, and VB6 runtime files. No icons, help files, or extra components, but if you are familiar with VB programming, it is sufficient for your needs. Download it and make some code for free. GO THERE!
