Please fill in your shipping address and enclose a cheque or money order for the amount shown, made out to Galt House Publications Ltd. with your order. (US customers please note that US Postal money orders are only negotiable in the US).
Multiple copies or titles in the same order:
Our policy is to keep shipping costs to a minimum. Because Canada Post rates fluctuate frequently, purchasers are asked to contact us (by e-mail or fax) when ordering multiple copies or more than one title so that we can quote the best current shipping price.
Overseas Customers: (outside Canada, US and UK)
Overseas purchasers (those outside North America and the UK) are asked to contact us for a price quotation. Normally, this would be based on the US price. In cases where the currency of the purchaser's country is not negotiable at our bank without going for expensive 'collection' clearance, we ask that payment be converted into Canadian or US funds and drawn from a bank with appropriate arrangements for such transactions. Again, please contact us for assistance if necessary.
Special Shipping Requests:
Customers wishing other than our standard surface mail shipping are asked to contact us with their preferences and we will quote the price.
