Here is the letter I sent to Tamiya on March 17, 2001.
Dear Tamiya Japan,
Subject: 1:12 Motorcycle Kit Suggestions
I am writing on behalf of fellow scale motorcycle modellers on the Yahoo! Groups discussion group MotorcycleModelling: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/MotorcycleModelling.
After you announced the 1:12 Kawasaki ZX-12R Ninja, we began to wonder what we would like to see as your next kit.
We conducted a poll and asked: What would you like to see as Tamiya's next 1:12 motorcycle release?
Of the 95 members in our discussion group, 90 voted and we thought you might be interested in seeing the results of our poll.
