| We were in Montreal for Victoria Day. Ivana and Joja alone. We left Satarday morning and came back Monday night. On the way back we were beaten by heavy rain, as always when we are coming back from trips on East We mostly walked around Montreal. We saw everything that was for watching: from downtown, through old town (Viex Montreal), island (Ile de Montreal) to Olimpic stadion. |

As a matter of fact, when I think better, we were twice in Montreal.
The other time was for Canada Day (as you can see on a photo), what was not the best time
for visit. Canada Day is probably more natural anywhere, then in Province du Quebec. That
other time we had family Buffalovic as fellow-travelers. As a matter of fact they are
Bucalovic, but because we went with them to Buffalo... long story (see the explanation on
page about Buffalo). With us were Zoka, Bane and Olivera
(who was not Olivera then the way we know her today). We stoped for couple hours, to eat,
to go for a walk, to take few pictures and put tke mark and say that we were in Montreal and
second time. As a matter of fact, when I think better, we were three times in Montreal. Third time was on a way to skiing on Mont Tremblant, but that was just going through and is not worth mantioning (ilustration). |
| Quebec City | And there we went with Buffalovics and of course for Canada Day. As a matter of fact, for the holiday day, we decided to retrive from Quebec City, torward Montreal, and then torward Ontario. On the way back Olivera decided to practice karate and border Zoka from inside. | |

In Quebec City, the main attraction is hotel.

 Besides hotel, there is a excelent quarter with restaurans (which serve small, but tasty meals) and quarter with art galeries. |

| About ten kilometers (six miles) east of Quebec City is waterfall Montmerciex (or something like that) and looks fantastic. That is under condition that you do not have food poisoning as e.g. Joja had. Waterfalls look better during the winter when they are frozen, same as Quebec City during the winter festival. |

Mont Tremblant We jumped to Mont Tremblant in february, only for weekend. Just to see how it is and is it worth it. The conclusion is yes it is worth it. It is the best skiing resort, on reasonable distance from Toronto, and that is in Canada. There is a little problem: it is awfly cold. Maybe it is not, maybe we became soft. |

The town looks a little bit like Kopaonik, ski resort in Serbia. The
difference is that it is larger and everyone speaks French, and hardly any English

| And mountain looks a little bit like Kopaonik. There are south and north sides. You ski on north side in the morning, and on the south side afternoon. |

Mountain, the south side, looks torward the lake, so the view is great during the downhill. |
