Blockbuster carries quite a few of CR's American movies, and most large rental places have a pretty good selection. As for the Hong Kong movies...I know it seems like they're hiding. Try to find the "alternative" video stores, the ones with a lot of Japanese animation and/or Asian martial-arts movies. Keep looking. They're out there.

Tai Seng Videos carries the complete library of 1,000-plus Golden Harvest movies, including CR's. They're a bit pricey.
