Quilting Classes

 

Precision Piecing:

Learn how to simply and accurately piece traditional blocks. We will cover log cabins, triple rail fence, 9-patch, paper piecing and many more. This 8 session class is an excellent foundation for any beginner quilter.

Cost: $150 for 8 classes, notes and pattern included, material extra.

 

Advanced Precision Piecing:

This is for graduates of pecision piecing who want to expand their skills. We will cover folded fabric, repliqué, machine cathedral windows, storm at sea, fast turn, machine Trapunto, etc.

Cost: $170 for 8 classes.

 

Gifted Precision Piecing:

This is for graduates of  advanced precision piecing. We will cover  tumbling blocks, hollow cubes, Celtic knots, Card Tricks, Stained Glass Appliqué,  etc.

Cost: $170 for 9 blocks.

 

Machine Quilting:

Now that you have completed the precision-pieced sampler quilt, this class will teach you the basics of machine quilting.

Cost: $50. Special price of $20 for precision piecing graduates.

 

Technique on Demand:

This class is for people who are curious to learn a new technique or can't remember how to finish the quilt they started. Your choice of technique!

Cost: $50 for a two-hour class.

 

Kids make a Quilt:

The kids will learn how to make a rag quilt.  Ages 8 - 16.

Cost: $75 for 4 classes.  1 and 1/2 hours each. Includes instructions, fabric is extra.
