The Lasombra have seceded from the Sabbat, and have claimed Montreal as their domain, as well as the entire country of Spain. Over the past two weeks, undesirables have been escorted out of that country, but some kindred residents are unaccounted for. However, the Lasombra claim not to know of their whereabouts.
As of two days ago, Buffalo is no longer held by the Nosferatu Clan. David Reed, the former Nosferatu Prince, made a brief statement, saying that he seceded his Princeship to the Brujah. At present a Brujah childer holds the position of Prince in trust for his sire Jonas, former Prince of Toronto. It is rumoured that there are upwards of forty Brujah in the city.
The newly minted Brujah Justicar has refused to comment regarding recent events in Toronto, other than to state that "only time will tell who our friends are, and who our enemies are."
There is concern within the Camarilla as to the stability of the Sabbat, and the direction that they will now move in. After the departure of the Lasombra, some fear that a sect that was once predictable is now in the hands of the Tzimisce, who are seen as zealots at the best of times. So far there has been no evidence of this, as the Sabbat continues to wage war. But the new face of the Sabbat has yet to be defined.
The Assamite continue to fight the Sabbat, and information from clan members on the border between Canada and the United States would seem to suggest that the Tzimisce are preparing for a large push.
