Transit Strike Averted
A Toronto Transit strike was narrowly averted this week when the municipal government acquiesced and gave a larger amount of funding to North America's most efficient transit system. It is said that City Hall will in turn receive these funds from the provincial government, notorious for its penny pinching.

Praise For a Prince
A Minor Harpy in Paris expressed his thanks to Alixander Wheelwright-Rook for his brilliant dissertation explaining why Meredith James is an excellent Prince for Toronto. Considering Wheelwright-Rook's recent treatment by the powers that be in Toronto, the existence of such a dissertation is surprising at best. However, the Parisian Harpy was quite serious in his praise.

New Cohagen Haven
Vilos Cohagen, a resident of Toronto until his expulsion last month by Prince James, has taken up residence in the personal haven of the Toreador Primogen of Paris.

Museum Funds Cut
Several major sources have cut funding for the Royal Ontario Museum this week. No explanations were forthcoming from the former donors.

Elysium For Sale
The Panorama Club, known to Kindred as a regular Elysium site, is up for sale, as is the building it is located atop of. There is no stated asking price, but the seller has stated that they will take the best offer.
