The Financial World
The financial world was stunned today as the government fined the Nakatomi Corporation $1.3 billion dollars for their activities over the last 8 months. It is expected that the creditors will begin calling in their loans tomorrow and the company will declare bankruptcy within the week.

Clan War?
Many Kindred of the Camarilla are concerned that the Gangrel and Tremere are going to begin warring. Actions taken by both clans within the Domain of Toronto have been taken as hostile by the other. Whispered voices in salons and Elysiums in Europe are calling this a Tremere power grab. Both clans adamantly lay claim to the item which began this fight.

Still in Mourning
Thousands showed up for the funerals of two families in Scarborough shot to death in their sleep on September 1st. In both instances each family member was killed by a single shot to the head. Julian, Alice, Ellen and James Richards (aged 40, 37, 12 and 10) and Sean, Melissa, Michelle and Amanda McCormick (aged 33, 30, 2 and 7 months) will all be missed. Police have no leads at this time except that there is evidence linking the murders to the death of two drug dealers and a pimp that occurred earlier in the evening. Both Julian Richards and Sean McCormick were involved in a labor dispute over working conditions in the Chemco facility in South Scarborough.
