An Introduction to the Game

Keep telling yourself "It's only a game, it's only a game", because that's what it is. LARP stands for Live Action Role Playing. This is not a game where you sit around at a table rolling dice, but one where you are up and about, pretending to be someone else, taking on a different persona. Think of it as a play with a script that is made up as you go along. A play with no audiance but the actors themselves.

All of the characters in this play are vampires. These creatures hold a certain fascination for most people. They're creatures of the night, beings that will live forever, but never see the sun again without forfeting eternity. They have one overwhelming desire, the lust for blood, but for some, the price may be to high, because each time they feed, they consume some of their humanity as well. How long before there is none left?

This is the essence of the game. Players get to explore the dark side, to be someone else for a while, and perhaps discover something about themselves. There are no winners or loosers, at least not in the long run, because all are damned from the moment of their embrace.
