Fraction cookies
(carob chip cookies)

This was created by Ken and Simone as a tasty cookie recipe. As it includes a wide range of fractions and measurements, it also seems to be a great math lesson.
flour1 c
baking powder1 teaspoon
carob or chocolate chips
or raisins, etc		1/2 c
sugar1/3 c
oil1/4 c
water1/3 c *
mix the first 4 ingredients
then add the last two ingredients
measure out one tablespoon dough for each cookie
bake for 15 minutes at 350

* You can use 1/2 egg if you want, but reduce the water to 1/4c if you do
