Q:     How do I make a reservation?

A:     To make any reservation, we require a deposit of half the rental amount together with a completed copy of our booking application form.

Q:     What is your cancellation policy?

A:     1. Full refund of deposit if more than 2 months before rental start date.
        2. 25% charge of total rental if between 1-2 months before rental start date.
        3. 50% charge of total rental if less than 1 month before rental start date.

Q:     How do I get from Montego Bay airport to Point Village?

A:     I usually do the pickup from the Airport, the cost is US$50 each way for 1 or 2 persons, more than 2 the cost is US$20 per person.

Q:     How many people does the unit accommodate?

A:     Each unit accommodates 2 people.

Q:     What type meal plan does Point Village offer?

A:     European Plan (EP), Meal packages or  All-inclusive meal. All prices are controlled by Point Village Resort.

Q:     Where are your units located within the Point Village complex?

A:     These units are located on the quieter part of Point Village away from the restaurant but close to the tennis court. One unit is on the 3rd floor and the other on the 2nd floor with their balconies overlooking the ocean.

Q:     Do you have a safe to lock away valuables?

A:     Yes, we do have a metal safe, but you will have to bring your own combination lock. Alternatively you can rent lock boxes at the Front Desk which cost US$2 per day.

Q:    Is there snorkeling nearby?

A:    Yes. In fact there is a concentration of corals around Point Village and quite a number of boats take their guest there to snorkel. You do not need a boat to go snorkeling, you can do that from shore.

Q:    Do you provide daily maid service?

A:    No. These are guest house-keeping condos. We provide enough linens and towels, for a week at a time and at the end of the week, the housekeeper brings in new supplies and does a general clean up.
