How to become a Stakeholder in your favorite area! Here's how it’s done:

1. pick your area. See the paragraph on Paddling Areas for help.
2. get in touch with the right MNR office and be registered as a stakeholder. Now you are in the loop, as the ministry off will send you notices of things that are proposed for your area. Of course, you can take the initiative if needed!
3. be active, which means anything from reviewing "stuff", right up to writing comments or even sitting on a citizen’s committee. Time required: anywhere from sporadic reading to a few hours a week.
4. and let Erhard know: I will assist and coordinate.
