Subtitled "The New Crop of American Electronic Artists Volume 1" this compilation features 12 tracks of exactly that, new producers with only a few who have very indie, self-released singles. Generally a common element is big beat/nu skool-type breaks, with rockin' club-type tracks from Hexx, SJP, Central, Shiverhead, Wide and Agent Babylon. There is also influences from hip hop (Metrodub), The Orb (Beat Pharmacy), funk (Le Pimp) and Bukem/Good Looking style drum & bass (Bionic).
