A very good cd of interest to Muslimgauze fans. The Frenchmen behind this cd (from Desaccord Majeur and Internal Fusion) use field recordings of voices, chants and nature sounds, with tabla and percussion, for that Muslimguaze-style Middle Eastern sound. They tend to be a bit moodier though, with dark synth pads on the opening track. And the rhythms are not in the forefront, as the moods tend to build and not burst out ala the more in-your-face Muslimgauze tracks.
