Richie commemorates his current style of DJ tour with this mixed+gear set. And boy is he working it, using 38 cuts on this sixty-one minute disc. The relentlessly rhythmic affair begins with hard house polyrhythms, before a funky bassline kicks in during Richard Harvey's track in cue 13. This soon gives way to a quartet of percussive sequences from Jeff Mills, leading into Richie's "Orange" mixes based on Yello's "Oh Yeah." This part is one of the disc's highlights as Richie mixes these 80's-derived beats with, surprise, surprise, more 80's sounds from Nitzer Ebb's "Let Your Body Learn"! After a suitable movie byte asking "what the hell was that?" Richie gets contemporary again with hard tech-house cuts from Ben Sims, Surgeon and Pacou. Then a funky track by Richie's current fave Stewart S. Walker introduces the closing sequence where he gets trippy and dubby with cuts from Basic Channel types Vladislav Delay, Quadrant and Rhythm & Sound ("Never Tell You (Version)" (from BC's pure dub Burial Mix label).

Overall Richie's computer-aided mixing, sampling and track selection is nothing less than masterful, with some surprises and daring transitions keeping things fresh.
