I hope that this page is still valuable as a navigation page and most of the links still work. (Sorry but the updates have been slow and far between.)
The reason for creating the website way back in 1997 is still valid.  I wanted to attend some local stock car races and I just couldn't find out where they were located.  I concluded that I wasn't the only one.  Thus SOSCARS was born. 
But for some time now I've been in BC and it is definitely not a race friendly place.
