This is a small 5" forest dweller which will frequently respond to the immitation call of a Pygmy Owl and come into full view in overhanging tree branches. Without the employment of this device, it may seldom be seen. Every visitor to the island should learn to imitate this call as quickly as possible in order to increase the yield of birds sighted.
