This bird is now an endangered species in Trinidad
for it has been hunted almost to extinction to staisfy the demand for
one of the best local song birds. In this picture, the male and female
are displayed and serve to demonstrate the vast difference in appearance
that gender can make. The more colourful is of course the male.
