	"Parrot Tree" A limited edition, conservation quality print.	In June 2000 a selection of Andrew's prints were published in Silicon Valley North's  "PIXEL THIS" feature - a "showcase of the best and most talented digital artists in the Greater Toronto Area". Andrew added this medium to his collection of artistic techniques several years ago. Combining digital painting, his traditional oil pastels, acrylic painting, sculptures, and sometimes small portions of royalty free photographs and clipart with the wizardry of electronic scanning, photo compositing, and computer manipulation, Andrew has produced several, series of high quality, original art prints. This unique printing process, which is carried out by a ColorSpan,  large format printer, uses cutting-edge, eight colour, inkjet technology. Unlike any other previously designed inkjet printers, this printer is able to use permanent, dye  inks which under accelerated aging tests performed without "easily noticeable fading for a period of 75-80 years under "standard lighting" conditions. (Wilhelm Imaging Research Inc.) Andrew was originally one of the first Canadian artists to use this type high quality printing method, which in all probability will become an arts community standard for this type of work in coming years.
